The Role
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching while creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum

* Teach across KS1 and KS2, adapting to pupils’ individual needs

* Maintain strong classroom management and positive behaviour

* Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress

* Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment

* Communicate effectively with pupils, colleagues, and school leaders

* Adapt confidently to different school settings
Requirements

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

* Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum

* Excellent communication and leadership skills

* Patience, flexibility, and resilience

* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
