Location: Wirral
Working Pattern: 35 hours per week, Monday-Thursday, including two evening sessions (Tuesday & Thursday, 6-9pm)
Pay: £30 per hour
Contract: Temporary
Start: ASAP
About the role / PurposeWe are seeking an experienced Plumbing Lecturer to deliver high-quality teaching and learning to learners within a Further Education setting. You will support students in developing their practical skills, theoretical knowledge, and industry readiness.
Responsibilities- Deliver engaging Plumbing lessons in line with the curriculum
- Support and assess learners to achieve their qualifications
- Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials
- A recognised teaching qualification, experience teaching in Further Education is essential
- Relevant industry experience in Plumbing
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
All candidates who register with Reed Further Education will have 2 years' referencing taken up and will be required to have a DBS check completed. All offers are conditional upon satisfactory background checks. Reed Further Education is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff to share this commitment by completing mandatory training within 6 weeks of your first assignment and annually thereafter.
