SEN Teacher - Wirral Area
Are you a dedicated SEN Teacher seeking rewarding opportunities in the Wirral region? We are currently recruiting passionate and flexible SEN Teachers to work across primary schools in the South East England area. This role offers a variety of placements, including day-to-day, short-term, long-term, and ad-hoc assignments, giving you the flexibility to choose what suits your availability.
Responsibilities- Work with children and young people who need additional support or require an advanced learning programme to reach their full potential.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for pupils with diverse needs, including those with physical disabilities, sensory impairments, speech and language difficulties, learning difficulties (e.g., dyslexia), autism, and social, emotional, and mental health needs.
- Identify individual student needs, motivate pupils with engaging teaching methods, and maintain classroom control.
- Plan, deliver, and assess lessons tailored to all abilities while liaising with colleagues to ensure high standards of education and care.
- Stay current with curriculum developments and safeguarding policies.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent overseas qualification, with experience in SEN settings.
- Fully enhanced DBS registered on the update service.
- References covering the last two years.
- The right to work in the UK.
- Experience with SEN is highly desirable.
- Competitive daily rates between £140 and £200.
