We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Supply Teaching Assistant to join our education team at a leading Secondary SEN school.
The ideal candidate will support children with autism and complex learning needs across all key stages, working closely with teachers to foster a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities- Support classroom activities and educational programs for pupils with autism and complex needs
- Assist teachers in managing pupil behaviour and promoting positive interactions
- Establish and maintain strong, supportive relationships with pupils, acting as a role model
- Respond to individual needs and adapt practice to support diverse learning requirements
- Contribute to creating a safe, caring, and inclusive environment for all students
- Resilience and the ability to support vulnerable children with emotional and behavioural difficulties
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with pupils and team members
- Excellent organisational skills to support educational activities and classroom management
- Compassionate and caring nature, with a genuine desire to support young people's development
- Attentiveness to individual needs and the ability to adapt to changing situations
