In this role, you will support children with personal care, help manage behavioural challenges, and nurture students within various educational settings across Wirral. • Supporting children with personal care and behavioural needs
• Assisting teachers and SENCOs in developing and implementing behaviour management strategies
• Providing targeted support to pupils with diverse needs, including special educational needs (SEN)
• Creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
• Collaborating with school staff to support individual education plans

• Genuine interest in working with children and young people
• Experience (paid or voluntary) working with children or in the care/education sector
• Knowledge or experience in PMLD or similar environments is desirable but not essential
• Willingness to undertake training and development opportunities
• Proactive work ethic and a patient, understanding attitude
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Good understanding of special educational needs (SEN)
