• For longer‑term roles, monitor student progress, mark work, and provide constructive feedback to support linguistic development.
• Maintain high standards of behaviour and foster a positive, productive learning environment, ensuring continuity of learning.

• A degree in Spanish (or a Modern Foreign Languages field) and/or UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/ECT).
• Previous experience teaching the UK Spanish curriculum at the secondary school level.
• Excellent classroom management, adaptability, strong communication skills, and the ability to build students' confidence in speaking, listening, reading, and writing Spanish.
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
• Based in or easily able to commute around the Wirral peninsula (including Birkenhead, Wallasey, Bebington, and Heswall).
