We are seeking experienced and aspiring Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in Wallasey. After a successful year supporting schools in the area we are looking for more Cover Supervisors to support schools on both a flexible part-time and full-time basis. These roles are ideal for individuals looking to gain classroom experience and support student learning.
Secondary School Cover Supervisor benefits:
Competitive daily rate (£110 – £130 per day, dependent on experience)
PAYE paid weekly

Secondary School Cover Supervisor role requirements:
Previous experience working with young people (school-based desirable)
Confident managing a classroom independently
Strong behaviour management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive and adaptable approach
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply through The Education Specialists The successful Secondary School Cover Supervisor will:
Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
Ensure pupils remain engaged and on task
Provide feedback to teaching staff on pupil progress and behaviour
Support a positive and structured learning environment
