Requirements

• Qualifications:
  
  UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/ECT) or equivalent, with a proven track record or specialist qualification in Special Educational Needs (SEN/SEND).
• Experience:
  
  Previous experience working as a Secondary SEND Teacher or supporting students with complex learning needs in an educational setting.
• Skills:
  
  Outstanding differentiation skills, patience, empathy, and the ability to build quick rapport with vulnerable young people.
• Compliance:
  An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or a willingness to apply for one).
• Location:
  
  Based in or easily able to commute to schools throughout The Wirral.
