School Administrator​/Teaching Assistant

Position: School Administrator / Teaching Assistant
The Role

Providing day-to-day administrative and clerical support across the school
Assisting with reception, emails, telephone calls and general school enquiries
Maintaining accurate records and supporting school systems
Supporting teachers with classroom preparation and resources
Working alongside pupils and providing learning and pastoral support
Supporting children with additional needs where required
Helping to create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment
Working closely with teaching staff and the wider school team

The Ideal Candidate

Previous experience within a school, education or administrative environment is desirable
Strong organisational and communication skills
Confident using IT and school administration systems
Professional, approachable and reliable
Comfortable working with children and young people
Patient, proactive and adaptable
Experience supporting SEND pupils is advantageous
Able to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents/carers
