• Targeted Support:
  Work 1:1 or with small groups of pupils, reinforcing lesson plans and adapting learning materials to suit individual student needs.
• SEND & Inclusion:
  Support students with additional learning needs, including EHCP requirements, ASD, ADHD, or SEMH challenges.
• Classroom Assistance:
  Collaborate closely with subject teachers to keep pupils focused, minimize classroom distractions, and foster an inclusive environment.
• Flexibility:
  Choose between flexible daily supply assignments or consistent, full-time block placements across local secondary schools.

• Experience:
  
  Previous experience supporting young people (aged 11-16) in a school, youth club, tutoring, or care setting.
• Key
  
  Skills:
  
  High level of patience, strong interpersonal skills, resilience, and the ability to build effective rapport with teenagers.
• Adaptability:
  Confident in stepping into diverse secondary school environments and supporting a wide range of subject areas across The Wirral.
• Compliance:
  An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or a willingness to apply for one).
