We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join an established

School in the Wirral. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support pupils’ learning and development within a high-performing, outstanding school environment.

The successful candidate will play a vital part in creating an inclusive and positive learning atmosphere for our students.

• Providing tailored support to pupils, including one-to-one, small group, and whole-class assistance.
• Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons and managing classroom activities.
• Developing positive relationships with students and staff to foster a supportive learning environment.
• Assisting with the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies.

• NVQ Level 2 in Teaching Assistant or equivalent qualification.
• Experience working with children in a school setting.
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Eligibility to work in the UK and undergo a full enhanced DBS check.
