• Planning and delivering engaging lessons that meet curriculum standards and cater to diverse student needs.
• Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to support their development.
• Collaborating with colleagues to develop departmental initiatives and improve teaching practices.
• Supporting students in reaching their full potential and achieving excellent examination results.

• A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., QTS).
• Experience teaching English in a secondary school setting.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
• An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
