You will provide one-to-one and small-group support, help students access the curriculum, encourage positive behaviour, and provide additional assistance to those who may require extra support with their learning. The successful Secondary LSA will gain valuable experience working with a variety of year groups and learning needs while developing the practical skills required for a successful career in education.
