Thrive Group is recruiting a dedicated Special Needs Teaching Assistant to join a Knowlsey school. The role supports pupils with SEN, including autism and related needs, to access the curriculum and develop independence.
You will work one-to-one or in small groups, helping pupils build confidence and resilience while supporting behavior management and safeguarding. This fixed-term, full-time position starts ASAP and offers training opportunities.
