Your Day-to-Day

* Take ownership of multidisciplinary engineering projects from concept through to completion

* Plan, lead, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to specification

* Carry out feasibility studies, costings, and CAPEX forecasts

* Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards

* Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery

* Identify challenges early and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track

What You’ll Bring

* A degree in engineering or equivalent hands-on experience

* Proven experience managing projects in FMCG, pharmaceutical, or food & beverage environments

* Confident communicator with strong organisational and problem-solving skills

* Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools

* Desirable: IOSH/NEBOSH and APM or PRINCE2 certification
