Concept Projects Group is a leading engineering project delivery company, managing high-quality engineering, construction, and turnkey projects across industries like food & beverage, pharmaceutical, homecare, logistics, and more.

Due to growth, we are seeking a Senior Engineering Project Manager to oversee multiple strategic projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.

As a Senior Engineering Project Manager you will be responsible for:

• Managing multiple complex multidisciplinary projects and ensuring timely delivery
• Conducting feasibility studies and assessments for engineering improvements
• Directly liaising with senior client teams at Director and VP levels
• Developing project plans, budgets, and CAPEX forecasts
• Ensuring regulatory compliance and best practices
• Execution of projects from initiation to completion
• Advising on design, technical and procurement issues, including development of design brief and preparation of estimates for capital projects
• Identifying risks, planning mitigation strategies, and managing change requests

• Proven track record in project management
• Minimum of 3 years experience delivering engineering or manufacturing projects
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT systems
• IOSH/NEBOSH and familiarity with APM/Prince 2 (preferred)
