What You'll Be Doing

Leading material testing and qualification activities
Supporting the development of new materials and manufacturing processes
Advising on material selection and performance
Working closely with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams
Managing multiple technical projects and priorities
Driving continuous improvement across engineering processes
Supporting compliance with industry and regulatory standards
Obsolescence management

What We're Looking For

You must have full right to work in the UK without the need for sponsorship or visa support.

Experience with in materials and manufacturing
Knowledge of bonding processes
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Project management skills
Degree qualified in Materials, Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering, or similar or exceptional experience as a Materials Engineer in a manufacturing environment

Bonus Experience (Not Essential)

Aerospace, automotive, defence, or advanced manufacturing
Textiles, composites, or polymer materials
REACH regulations or obsolescence management
