Site Engineer Highway Maintenance Merseyside Long term freelance work Negotiable day rate 7:30am - 17:00pm We are currently seeking a hands-on Site Engineer to join a busy highway maintenance team within the UK infrastructure sector. This role will involve setting out, supervising works on-site, and supporting the delivery of highways and maintenance projects safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Setting out for highway works, interpreting drawings and specifications, coordinating site activities, ensuring health & safety compliance, and assisting with quality control and progress reporting. Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within highways, civil engineering, or maintenance environments, strong setting out experience, and the ability to work closely with site teams and subcontractors in a fast-paced operational environment.
