Field Service Engineer

We are currently recruiting for multiple positions across the UK. Preferred applicants should be based in, or within a reasonable commuting distance of:

• SW London:
  Berkshire, Surrey, Hampshire, Oxfordshire
• NW London:
  Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire

• On-Site Expertise:
  Repair, commission, calibrate, and fault-find (to board level) state-of-the-art equipment.
• Customer Training:
  Educate clients on system functionality and maintenance.
• Problem-Solving:
  Diagnose technical issues and serve as a trusted advisor.
• Collaboration:
  
  Share field insights with internal teams to drive product innovation.
• Documentation:
  Maintain accurate service records and timely reports.

• Education:
  
  Degree, HND, or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience:
  
  Background in electronics, ideally within instrumentation or industrial environments.
• Skills:
  
  Logical mindset, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills.
• License: A full UK driving licence held for at least three years.
• Pluses:
  Previous field service experience or knowledge of gas/particulate monitors is advantageous.
