As a Special Projects Producer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping some of Liverpool's most exciting cultural activity, transforming creative concepts into ambitious live events, major projects and unforgettable artistic interventions. From the earliest spark of an idea through to final delivery, you'll lead projects that capture imaginations, inspire audiences and showcase Liverpool's world-renowned creative spirit. Working at the heart of Culture Liverpool, you will become a leading role across a portfolio of high-profile cultural projects, events and productions.

You'll champion creative excellence while overseeing every stage of delivery, from artistic development and production planning through to live event execution. This is an opportunity to lead projects that make a genuine impact on the city's cultural landscape. You'll bring together artists, partners, communities, contractors and stakeholders, creating the conditions for creativity to thrive while ensuring projects are delivered safely, successfully and to the highest professional standards.

You will be an experienced and confident producer with a proven track record of delivering complex creative projects and live events from concept to completion.

Your expertise will span production and project management, budget oversight, artist liaison, stakeholder engagement, procurement and contract management. Most importantly, you'll combine exceptional organisational skills with creative vision, enabling you to navigate complexity, inspire collaborators and turn ambitious ideas into reality. You'll be a natural relationship-builder, comfortable working with senior leaders, artists, partners and suppliers, and motivated by the challenge of delivering projects that leave a lasting legacy.
