Description

Collaborate with various departments to provide financial insights and analysis.
Support budget planning, forecasting, and monitoring processes.
Prepare detailed financial reports to aid in strategic decision-making.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements.
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on financial matters.
Assist in the preparation of annual accounts and audits.
Provide financial training and guidance to non-finance teams as required.

Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

A professional qualification or relevant degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Experience in the not-for-profit sector is desirable but not essential.
Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to financial challenges.
