Wirral Council is seeking a Planning Officer on a fixed-term basis for 2 years. You will determine planning applications, handle pre- and post-application matters, and work with policy guidance to assess development proposals, with supervision and involvement in major schemes.
The role requires travel around the borough for site visits, and involves interpreting national, regional, and local planning laws while supporting Ward Councillors and the public.
