Location: Wirral
Wirral Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking a Planning Officer on a fixed-term contract for two years. You will determine a broad range of planning applications, handle pre- and post-application matters, assess planning merits and apply policy to proposed development.
The role includes site inspections, liaising with other Council sections and external bodies, preparing reports for Planning Committee and supporting regeneration schemes.
