Wirral Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking an experienced Housing Options Officer / Homeless Assessment & Prevention Officer to provide homeless prevention advice and to assess and process homelessness applications under current legislation.
The role requires knowledge of homelessness legislation (Part VII Housing Act 1996/2002 and the Homeless Reduction Act 2018), a track record in housing settings, and the ability to manage a demanding caseload.
