Who are we looking for :
K ind and compassionate individuals , who show a genuine interest and commitment to caring for people with learning/physical disabilities/mental health issues .
D ynamic and passionate individuals willing to help the people we support to lead fulfilled lives to a high standard of care within one of our vibrant schemes.
Experience as a support worker, carer, or healthcare assistant preferred but not essential as full training and guidance is supplied .
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Full driving licence desirable but not essential .

What will you be doing:
You’ll be working as part of a warm friendly team , based within one of our schemes assisting the people we support in a homely environment .
S upply ing 24/7 care on a rolling rota - covering early, late , wake nights and weekend shifts.
P lay ing a pivotal role in an individual’s care team, supporting them to maximise independence, and giving them the opportunity to live their life to the fullest.
Help ing individuals participate in social and recreational community-based activities.
Supporting individuals in their daily activities , accompany ing them to appointments and outings .
Ensur ing all records are up-to-date and accurate . Monitor ing and report ing changes in behaviour or health status.
Help ing to m aintain a safe and clean environment for individuals.

- Comprehensive in house training and opportunity to complete level 2 and 3 NVQ in Adult Health Social Care with external trainer
