Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, is currently looking for a Clinical Supplies Project Coordinator to join their team in Moreton on a full time, 12-month temporary basis (35 hours per week - hybrid working).
This project based role has the primary focus of ensuring that all aspects of the client's clinical supplies packaging and labelling design meets study requirement. This requires a key focus on cGMP to ensure up-to-date, quality processes are always adhered to throughout the manufacturing process.
Given the significant importance of ensuring all packaging and labels are accurate for clinical trials, only candidates with prior experience within pharmaceutical packaging / labelling can be considered for this hire.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure production schedules meet deadlines for on-time delivery date of finished supplies.
Responsible for coordinating availability of all deliverables (e.g. drug product and components, randomization file and label text).
Generate, review and approve internal and external packaging and labelling production orders in accordance with the clinical trial design, product specifications and all relevant regulatory requirements for the assigned projects
Ensures cGMP compliance of activities in assigned areas of responsibility, through monitoring and management of performance and reporting any deviations immediately to the appropriate management and Quality unit.
Requirements
Previous experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry with exposure to packaging and labelling design and creation.
Preferably educated to degree level in a scientific field although all backgrounds will be considered.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and ideally SAP.
Methodical and logical individual with great attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
