As a Clinical Lead you will be at the heart of strategic decision‑making, working alongside our Chief Medical Officer and leadership team to shape the future of clinical services within urgent primary care, including Urgent Treatment Centres (UTC) and GP Out of Hours (GPOOH) services.

The post‑holder will have leadership responsibility supporting system flow, patient access and high‑quality outcomes across 24/7 services, combined with an active clinical practice. This practice can be undertaken in primary care, urgent or emergency care by a registered General Practitioner and requires separate contractual arrangements from the leadership role.

Salary is in line with national NHS Terms and Conditions, with experience considered for salary offers. For all part‑time positions salaries are pro‑rata.

Staff on the Trust’s Redeployment Register will be given priority access to vacancies at their substantive band.
