Provide specialist advice, support, and education to patients, carers, and healthcare professionals.

Conduct holistic assessments, develop and implement personalised care plans.

Prescribe medications and treatments according to agreed protocols.

Coordinate Apomorphine and Apo-go infusion management across primary and secondary care.

Lead service development initiatives, clinical protocols, and patient/public engagement activities.

Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to ongoing research and evidence-based practice.

Who Were Looking For Registered Nurse with significant experience in neurology or long-term conditions.

Independent, confident practitioner with excellent clinical and communication skills.

Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
