Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is offering two full-time secondment opportunities for Mental Health Practitioners to join the First Response Services based within our Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team, Wirral.
The post-holder will work within a multi-disciplinary team, carrying out comprehensive crisis assessments, and provide timely interventions and treatment to people presenting in crisis across Urgent Care Mental Health First Response Services.
