We're looking for caring, resilient Support Workers to support adults with autism and complex needs to live safe, fulfilling, and independent lives.

What You'll Do- Support adults with autism and complex needs
- Promote independence, wellbeing, and quality of life
- Deliver person-centred support and meaningful activities
- Build positive relationships based on trust and respect
- Support individuals to achieve their personal goals
- Work as part of a dedicated team delivering outstanding care
- Must hold a full UK driving licence and be willing to drive as part of the role
- Passion for supporting others
- Calm, confident approach to challenging situations
- Care experience is beneficial but not essential
- Willingness to complete a Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care if not already achieved
