Key Responsibilities of the IT Lead:

Leading day-to-day IT operations across both factory and office areas
Acting as the first point of contact for IT queries, providing fast and calm troubleshooting
Managing technical escalations and working closely with external IT partners
Handling PC builds, resets, hardware fixes, and general maintenance
Supporting new starters — equipment setup, access, onboarding, and training
Upskilling teams in effective use of IT systems and tools (including SharePoint)
Ensuring cyber security software is monitored, maintained, and up to date
Delivering cyber awareness training to help strengthen the site’s security culture
Maintaining clear IT documentation, records, and procedures
Working hand-in-hand with colleagues from all areas of the business to keep operations running smoothly

About You:

You’ll thrive here if you enjoy a role that blends technical skill with people-focused support. You are:

Experienced in IT support or an IT Lead role
A confident troubleshooter who stays calm under pressure
Comfortable working in both industrial and office settings
Skilled with Microsoft systems, hardware, and collaboration tools like Share Point
Knowledgeable in cyber security fundamentals and best practice
A clear communicator who adapts to users with varying levels of IT knowledge
Organised, dependable, and able to juggle multiple tasks independently

Mon–Thurs 8am–5pm, Fri 8am–12.30pm
