VIQU have partnered with a leading organisation within the legal sector who are seeking a 1stLine Support contractor to provide some additional BAU support to their Service Desk.

This 1stLine Support role will require previous experience within IT Support, and will involve providing both remote and onsite support in a Microsoft environment. The successful candidate will be committed to delivering excellent customer service.

Key skills & responsibilities for the 1stLine Support:

1stLine / Service Desk Support - in a Windows / Microsoft environment.
Windows 10/ Windows 11
Microsoft 365
Exchange
Azure
Outlook
MS Teams
Active Directory
Telephony support
Triaging tickets and escalating to relevant teams where necessary
Using Service Now ticketing system
Mix of remote & deskside support - including working on a tech bar
Good customer service skills
Experience with iManage or Bomgar (desirable)
