Wills & Probate Solicitor

We are seeking a full-time Wills and Probate Solicitor to join our established firm. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Private Client lawyer looking for a stable, long-term role within a supportive and well-regarded practice.

The Role

You will manage a varied caseload of Private Client matters, delivering a high standard of client care and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients. This is a fully office-based position.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting Wills and advising clients on estate planning
• Handling Probate and Estate Administration matters
• Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Advising on trusts and related private client issues
• Managing your own caseload independently
• Providing clear, empathetic guidance to clients at all stages

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in Wills & Probate / Private Client work
• Ability to manage a full caseload confidently and independently
• Strong client care skills and a professional, compassionate approach
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively within an office-based environment
