Probate Fee Earner –Neston – Up to £50K
-DOE Permanent

Our client is a well-established and reputable firm of solicitors providing high-quality legal services to both individuals and businesses. They are currently seeking an experienced Probate Fee Earner to join their small, friendly, and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking to work in a collaborative environment where client care is a priority. Applications are also welcomed from qualified Solicitors with experience in probate and estate administration.

Duties include but not limited to:

* Assisting with drafting Wills, Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney where required.

* Arranging distribution of estate funds and assets to beneficiaries.

* Settling estate debts and liabilities in accordance with legal requirements

* Identifying, gathering and valuing estate assets and liabilities

* Corresponding with banks, financial institutions, asset holders and third parties.

* Preparing and submitting applications for Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration.

The successful candidate with need to have:

* Experience in Probate administration, Wills, Trusts and Court of protection

* Strong knowledge of inheritance tax procedures and completion of relevant HMRC forms.

* Working knowledge of Wills, Trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Previous experience managing a caseload of probate and estate administration matters
