Location: West Kirby
Gibson Holly Homes in Liverpool city centre is seeking a Maintenance Assistant for an immediate-start temporary role. You will work across a group of buildings, supporting the team with maintenance and caretaker duties to uphold the highest standards for clients.
Responsibilities include presenting entrances and common areas, opening/closing buildings, preparing rooms for meetings, performing routine checks and fire safety tests, and ensuring plant/equipment operate effectively.
