Isco Estates is looking for an experienced, reliable and hardworking cleaner to join our growing property management company.. .
** We are looking to cover areas such as Wigan, and all parts of Merseyside, but mostly on the Wirral**. . The current workload includes.

• Fortnightly communal cleaning at 1 HMO properties.
• Fortnightly cleaning at one apartment building.
• Approximately one end-of-tenancy clean per week.

• Previous professional cleaning experience is essential.
• Reliable, thorough and able to work independently.
• Driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Willing to travel between properties.
• Able to provide before-and-after photographs and report any maintenance issues.

• National Minimum Wage per hour.
• Fuel expenses paid.
• Cleaning products and equipment will normally be provided or paid for by Isco Estates.

This is initially a flexible, part-time position, with the potential to become a full-time role as the company grows.. .
