What You’ll Be Doing

• Servicing & Maintenance: Carrying out full servicing, tyre fitting, 4-wheel alignment, exhaust repairs, and general mechanical maintenance.
• MOT Testing & EV Work: Conducting DVSA MOT inspections and carrying out routine maintenance on petrol, diesel, hybrid, and electric vehicles.
• Diagnostics & Fault Finding: Utilizing modern diagnostic platforms to identify and fix mechanical, electrical, and system faults.
• Quality & Customer Care: Upholding Right First Time standards, delivering honest advice, and working collaboratively within a supportive team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, Car Mechanic, or MOT Tester (independent, fast-fit, or main dealership background).
• Sound knowledge of general repairs, servicing, tyres, and diagnostics (an active MOT Smart Card or Hybrid/EV certification is a plus).
• High standard of workmanship, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.
• A full UK driving licence.
