As a Part Time Sales Assistant/Warehouse Operative based in Aviemore, youll be responsible for:
Serving customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing advice and product recommendations Responding to customer enquiries via phone & email promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude Ensuring that all incoming deliveries comply with the delivery paperwork, handle discrepancies appropriately and put stock away in the warehouse Picking and packing items to fulfil customer requirements which will involve manual handling of heavy items e.g. boilers, sinks, radiators, and toilets On occasion driving a 3.5T van to deliver plumbing and heating supplies to local customers This is a Part Time permanent position working 20 hours a week, Monday to Thursday 08.00am - 1.00pm And heres what wed like you to have: A Full UK Manual Driving Licence is essential Plumbing & Heating knowledge is ideal Previous Face to Face sales and customer service experience Warehouse experience The ability to deliver outstanding customer service To be a team player who is happy to assist in all areas to ensure the smooth running of the branch Eagerness to learn, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude and a strong work ethic To be comfortable lifting heavy items We look forward to receiving your application!
