Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Social Worker Team Manager to lead the Adults MASH Team in Wirral. This ongoing locum opportunity offers a competitive hourly rate of £44.12 for full-time work. You will manage and develop a team of Advanced Practitioners, Social Workers, and Care Navigators, ensuring high-quality, Care Act 2014 compliant services. Your role will include overseeing Section 42 enquiries, maintaining practice standards, providing professional supervision, and driving continuous team development.

  • Lead and manage a team of Advanced Practitioners, Social Workers, and Care Navigators.

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and professional supervision to team members.
