You will manage and develop a team of Advanced Practitioners, Social Workers, and Care Navigators, ensuring high-quality, Care Act 2014 compliant services. Your role will include overseeing Section 42 enquiries, maintaining practice standards, providing professional supervision, and driving continuous team development.
