Process Checker

Location: Wirral

We are currently looking for a Process Checker to join our friendly team at Bromborough site.

Working Hours:

5 out of 6 days - Monday - Saturday - 7am to 15.30pm The main purpose of the role is to ensure that all products meet integrity and specification requirement whilst utilizing all tools and software available.

Key Responsibilities:

conduct all the production checks. This will include gas checks, average weight, metal detector, finish product integrity, product and OCM labelling, ACS conformance. ensure fat levels within out mince products are within specification ensure product complies with one-page specifications work with the line leader to correct out of specification products. check labels for accuracy against specification and product, including conducting double checks validate that the ingredients being added to products on the value-added lines are meeting the requirements conduct all checks required within the lines assigned to you, to ensure quality compliance for all of our customers and work in conjunction with production to ensure plan / orders are complete.
