We're looking to recruit a Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a large FMCG manufacturing site. This is a highly automated, high‑volume environment where engineering is central to performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement. The role is ideal for an engineer with either a mechanical or electrical bias who is proactive, forward‑thinking, and motivated to drive improvements—not just maintain operations.

• Deliver effective reactive maintenance
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing reliability and reducing downtime

• Multi‑skilled maintenance background (electrical or mechanical bias)
• Level 3 Engineering qualification or equivalent
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills
• Experience with both PPMs and reactive breakdowns
