Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer
12 hour Days & Nights
Wirral
£62,000 basic salary + benefits
As a Multi‑Skilled Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining, improving, and innovating across production lines.
Responsibilities- Planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical and electrical systems
- Diagnosing faults and implementing sustainable solutions
- Supporting continuous improvement projects
- Working collaboratively across departments to maintain high standards in safety, quality, and performance
- Thrives in a fast-paced, FMCG production environment
- Brings a proactive, solutions‑led mindset
- Communicates well and works closely with operators, engineers, and leadership
- Takes pride in their work
- A recognised engineering qualification (mechanical/electrical or multi-skilled)
- Experience in an FMCG or food manufacturing
- Strong fault‑finding ability and a flexible approach to shift work
