Teledyne CML Composites, located in Bromborough, is a fast‑growing manufacturer of carbon/glass fibre composite parts for leading aircraft and aero‑engine producers. The facility houses advanced machining technology, including multi‑axis NDT robotic machines, automated cutting machines and multi‑axis CNC machining centres.

You will work in a dynamic, supportive team with over 100 employees onsite and 1,500+ across the UK. You will support customer requirements and meet business objectives. Previous experience in prepping and painting with good finishing techniques is required. You will be hands‑on preparing surfaces for painting, mixing and blending paint for assembled aircraft parts, and maintaining product traceability.

• Prepare and paint aerospace components.
• Ensure work is carried out within allocated time and with correct materials.
• Use resins and hardeners correctly.
• Mix correct ratios and record and monitor material life.
• Maintain product traceability.

• Accredited training.
• Previous experience paint spraying in the aerospace industry (desirable).
• Experience using hand tools (desirable).
• Experience using and/or mixing resins (desirable).
