- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration
- General Practice nursing experience preferred but not essential
- Organised, motivated, and patient‑focused
- Keen to develop skills within primary care
The post includes a mix of day‑to‑day general practice nursing duties, including:
- Long‑term condition management
- Chronic disease reviews (e.g. asthma, diabetes, COPD)
- Immunisations and vaccinations
- Cervical screening
- Wound care and dressings
- Health promotion and patient education
- Contribution to Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF) achievement
- Well‑established training practice
- 6 supportive GP partners
- Friendly and welcoming multidisciplinary team
- Strong focus on professional development and mentoring
- Flexible working patterns to support work‑life balance
- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration
- General Practice nursing experience preferred but not essential
- Organised, motivated, and patient‑focused
