Staff Nurse - Critical Care

• Act as Critical care nurse following completion and assessment of critical care training.
• Act as preceptor and supervisor to junior colleagues and unqualified support staff.
• Carries out specialised nursing duties following completion of supplemented training
• Participates in the rotation of all areas of critical care, as service needs require.
• Acts as a specialist core team member working a high proportion of shifts out of hours. We are looking for enthusiastic Nurses to join our dedicated and friendly team dedicated to the highest standards of individualised nursing care.

This opportunity will allow you the chance to care for 18 critically ill patients, from all medical and surgical specialities. Once you have developed your skills you will have the opportunity to work with the rehabilitation, follow up and outreach teams. We are looking for Staff Nurses with a minimum of 1 year Acute Ward experience. Please note applicants must have Critical Care Experience as we are unable to recruit newly qualified staff.
