What You ll Be Doing
As a QC Technician, you ll play a key role in keeping production efficient, compliant and high-quality. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing incoming goods inspections
- Conducting finished product quality control
- Carrying out chemical analysis of raw materials & concentrates
- Completing BMRs and quality documentation accurately and on time
- Highlighting and reporting QC issues to Production & QA teams
- Segregating and managing non-conforming materials
- Recommending corrective actions where required
- Calibrating, verifying and monitoring lab measuring equipment
If you enjoy a mix of lab work, production line QC checks, documentation, and real-time decision-making, this role offers it all.
What We re Looking For
- Previous QC laboratory experience
- Knowledge of GMP practices
- Ideally, experience testing packaging, raw materials, components & blends
- Familiarity with COAs and COCs
- A meticulous, organised approach and strong attention to detail
