Unilever is seeking a Fragrance Program Manager at its Port Sunlight R&D hub to lead fragrance creation projects from concept to submission readiness. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage timelines and OTIF delivery for consumer testing, and maintain robust data tracking and stakeholder communication.
You will collaborate with UFH perfumers and evaluators, driving innovation while managing a small team and complex fragrance ingredients across time zones and business groups.
