About the location

The Ring O' Bells, a pub full of character and charm, situated in the heart of the old village of West Kirby is a stone’s throw from its marine lake and bustling village centre. It has long been one of West Kirby's best known pubs that has stood the test of time with generations frequenting her for over three centuries.

Having undergone an extensive refurbishment in December 2023, the pub has quickly become a firm favourite with locals and visitors alike, establishing itself as a popular destination for drinks and dining on the Wirral.

Job Description

We're looking for a positive assistant manager with an outgoing personality, bags of enthusiasm and a natural ability to look after people. We’re a family company looking for passionate people who are happy to go above and beyond, muck in with the rest of the team and genuinely care that every guest has a great time each time they visit us.

Previous experience of working in a similar environment is essential as we know you’ll have the attitude and work ethos we’re looking for – an assistant manager who shares our love of food, drink and most importantly people. Some experience of cellar management would be preferable.

What we're looking for:

An enthusiastic, friendly and hard‑working person who is looking for a sociable and lively place to work.
