• Quality Control: Uphold standards of excellence; ensure equipment is well maintained and brews meet quality expectations.
• Product Expert: Develop an in‑depth understanding of offerings to confidently advise guests; brew great coffee and support teas, coolers, seasonal ranges.
• Team Player: Assist with opening and closing the store and perform other duties as needed; contribute to a positive team environment.
