We’re looking for a driven, fashion-loving Assistant Store Manager to step up and support the team at Stylerunner Birkenhead Point

As Assistant Store Manager
, you’ll support the Store Manager in leading the team and creating an elevated experience that inspires our customers and reflects the Stylerunner brand. You'll play a key role in day-to-day operations, team development, and driving sales while building your confidence as a future store leader.

You’ll work closely with your Store and Area Manager to identify opportunities for performance and progression — for both you and your team.

• Previous leadership experience (Supervisor, 2IC or similar)
• A love for fashion, wellness, and premium product
• Confident communication and people leadership skills
• A proven track record of driving KPIs and store performance
• Strong organisation, time management & operational know-how
• A calm, can‑do attitude in a high‑paced environment
• Ready to work a Sunday–Thursday roster
